Scuba diving is a form of underwater diving where the diver uses a self-contained underwater breathing apparatus which is completely independent of surface supply to breathe underwater. 40 m or 130 feet is the limit for recreational diving. You have to undergo a training to understand the theory of diving and underwater sign language. A minimum level of fitness and health is required by most training organisations. The Andaman Sea is very rich in underwater marine life. There are a number of dive centres across the islands which provide professional assistance and training. The centre offers a complete range of courses from the introductory level programs to the professional level of Dive master, Instructor and beyond.

The best dive sites across the islands are:

  • 1. North Bay Island
