Terms and Conditions

  • Fab Andaman reserves the right at any time to demand full or partial payment or appropriate security before proceeding with the work to be performed.
  • Bookings will be confirmed only after 50% payment in advance. Remaining payment is to be realized on or before the date of arrival at Port Blair.
  • The prices quoted in the proposal have been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of the proposal. The rates are subject to change without prior intimation and all such increases in price must be paid for in full by the Tour Participant.

General :

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Andaman Islands, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to Fab Andaman Tours & Travels.
  • Fab Andaman reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
  • Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to weather or payload restriction. However, Fab Andaman will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of ferry. The itinerary flow is subject to change.
  • All water activities and rides are subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather the trip might get delayed or cancelled. Activities and Day trip cancellations because of weather conditions will be refunded to the maximum.
  • Flights missed/delayed on account of any reason due to rescheduling/cancellation of ferries/interconnections is not in control of the company.
  • Our tour packages do not include travel insurance. We highly recommend you to purchase full coverage travel insurance of your own.
  • No refunds can be made in case clients cut their stay at the resort/hotel or the tour package we prepare for them.
  • Complaints must be reported to the hotel on the spot. Fab Andaman will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during a client’s stay. In the event that the Tour Participant wakes up late and misses the breakfast or meals offered to him as per the proposal or due to any other reason, then no claim can be made by them for the meal which they have missed or not utilized.
  • Taking care of the valuables is the sole responsibility of the guest.
  • Any change due to force majeure including weather condition/strike/war/VIP movement and security, heavy rush at sightseeing places, road traffic conjunctions etc. are not in control of the company.

Cancellation Policy :

  • 75% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
  • 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days or more in advance.
  • No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
  • No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased.
